DESCRIPTION:EVENT DETAILS\nTHE EVENT\nKrypton Global Investments (KGI) hosted a curated event ‘Exclusive American Property Investments’ on Saturday 8th December 2018 at the renowned Sofitel Hotel in Mumbai. \nThe event featured detailed presentations on Greenland’s Brooklyn & L.A. properties as well as a 5-course fine dining and single malt tasting experience for the guests. \n  \n \n  \nEVENT OBJECTIVE\nKGI invited a select few high net worth individuals (HNIs) to the event with the objective of nurturing them into qualified leads for Greenland’s listed properties in the United States –550 Vanderbilt in Brooklyn\, New York\, and Metropolis Towers in Los Angeles. \nKGI also sought to educate the attendees on the benefits\, process of investing in the United States real estate market including legal and tax aspects. \n \n  \nATTENDEES\nThe event was well -attended by 39 guests. The guest list comprised of leading investors and businessmen in India. \nNotable guests included- \n\nMr. Hitesh Dhankani\, Senior Principal at Piramal Fund Management and Founding member of Brickex\nMr. Mohan Mariwala\, Founder and Managing Director at AutoHangar\n\nMr. Shirish Sanke\, Director at McKinsey & Company \n  \n \n  \nGREENLAND’S PRESENCE\nMrs. Mona Jalota provided the attendees with a detailed introduction to Greenland\, followed by an overview of both the featured properties –550 Vanderbilt in Brooklyn\, New York\, and Metropolis Towers in Los Angeles. \nMrs. Jalota also gave insight into the value of investing in each of the respective city markets \nKrypton made use of standees to promote Greenland’s properties which were strategically placed around the venue. \nWe also provided each attendee with detailed brochures of the properties as part of their parting gift \n  \n \nMona Jalota Introducing Greenland to the guests \n \n  \nPREFERRED PARTNERS\nKrypton Global Investment’s preferred partners Mr. KuntalDave (tax partner) and Mr. AbeezerFaizullabhoy(legal partner) provided detailed presentations in their respective areas of expertise in regards to investing in the United States real estate market. \nBoth partners were available to answer attendee’s questions throughout the course of the event. \n  \n \nMr. Faizullabhoypresenting on the legal aspects of purchasing a home in the United States \n \nMr. Dave presenting on the tax implications of investing in the United States \n  \nWHISKEY TASTING & DINING\nGuests were treated to a 5-course meal along with a curated single malt tasting. \n  \n   \n  \n\n\n  \n  \n  \n\nEVENT FEEDBACK\nThe overall response to the event was extremely positive. Krypton captured a few of the attendees thoughts on the event on video which will be shared shortly. \nAttendees claimed to have gained valuable insight into investing in the US real estate market and were extremely impressed by the properties featured by Greenland. \n
