Lendlease marketed their project of luxury residences in Central London, Elephant Park, at Artisan, Sofitel BKC in Mumbai. The event was open to potential clients and investors seeking great investment opportunities in London.
In addition to a detailed look into the real estate market in London attendees also got a 360 Degree view of the legal and tax aspects to be considered while investing overseas, by Mr. Abeezar Faizullabhoy, HSA Law, and Mr. Kuntal Dave, Nanubhai Desai and co. respectively. Guests gained insights about the real estate market overseas and also got to experience a unique cigar tasting.
None other than Mr. Viraf Hansotia hosted the cigar tasting. Mr. Hansotia is the Owner of Gurkha Cigars and a true cigar aficionado, who took a master class on the blending of cigars and showed everyone the correct way to cut, light and smoke a cigarillo.
Post the masterclass, guests networked and ironed out all their property related queries with Richard Cook, Head of Residential, Marcus Haynes, Sales & Marketing Director, Lendlease and Mona Jalota, Krypton Global Investments. Attendees showed genuine interest in this new avenue of property investment.
